By creating an account or using Dive Sonar, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Dive Sonar is a subscription tracking application that helps you manage recurring payments, set renewal alerts, and visualize your spending. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and encryption passphrase. Dive Sonar cannot recover data encrypted with a lost passphrase.
Dive Sonar offers a free tier with ads and a premium tier available as a one-time purchase. Premium purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases; existing premium purchases remain valid indefinitely.

Your use of Dive Sonar is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Subscription data you enter may be encrypted client-side. You are responsible for keeping your encryption passphrase safe.
Dive Sonar is a tracking tool, not financial advice. We are not responsible for missed payments, incorrect renewal dates, or financial losses resulting from use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
We aim to keep Dive Sonar available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
